Michael DeMartino far lane,Tony Barbaro near lane. Barbaro is running 10.5Ws which are overpowered just after the launch. Despite the holeshot advantage, Barbaro is out after the first round. Castaldo #4 far lane Sirris #5 near lane. Sirris is running an intercooled turbo, a soft launching combination that comes on hard downtrack as Jeff Castaldo is about to see firsthand.

Round #2  Charlie Boy far lane  Ramage near lane. Charlie has been overpowering the track all day, and it catches up with him on this run. Ramge wins with an 8.15 over a DQ for crossing the centerline for Charlie Boy.

Round #2 DeMartino far lane Sirris near lane. DeMartino in the only 7 second car today has problems about the 330' mark.
You cannot see it in the stills, but it seemed as if Demartino either lost and regained traction on his right rear tire or had a case of tire shake in the 4th pic. The right rear of the car lifts almost 4" and quickly settles down. Sirris comes on hard and takes the win
